therapist know before your appointment.
During Your Appointment
- Our therapists will provide you with a comfortable and private space to change into a robe and slippers before your treatment.
- During your massage or spa treatment, please communicate with your therapist about any discomfort or preferences you may have. Our therapists are trained to adjust the pressure and techniques to your liking.
- Feel free to relax and breathe deeply during your treatment to enhance your relaxation experience.
After Your Appointment
- Take your time getting up and getting dressed after your
treatment. Rushing can cause you to feel lightheaded or dizzy.
- Drink plenty of water after your treatment to help flush out any
toxins that may have been released during your treatment.
- Avoid alcohol or heavy meals for at least 2 hours after your
treatment.
